Doubtful experience and doubtful service. Had a problem with my order and I hoped that manager can help, bu it seems that he really don't care about customer service and was about to send me on my way. Hope, that one day they will improve

I don't normally leave reviews but since this is closest dunkins to work I need/hope it does better. Today I asked for my usual french vanilla frozen coffee no whip cream. Typically no problems. Sometimes they forget and put cream on top. Sometimes they throw me an attitude when I ask them to remove it. I don't care as long as it tastes normal. Today they made it twice. Both times incredibly dark and icy looking. The second attempt I had to just take it because by then I was already at the window a good 10 minutes and had to rush to work

There was no reason to be waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes at 3pm. No one was moving past the ordering line yet no cats were at the pick up window. They also never get my order right, no matter how often I repeat it.

They never get my drink right! They keep asking how many creams I want in my latte. Zero! Lattes are made with milk, not cream. Can the manager please inform the staff how to make simple drinks?! I used to work for Peterborough Dunkin. If …
