I would not recommend calling to ask for assistance especially if you're new to pellet stoves. I wanted to explore supplementing my oil heat and thought a pellet stove might be the best option but admittedly know nothing about them. The gentleman I spoke with was a tad condescending. Told me they had a show room I could visit and rattled off the 2 models they carry so I could look them up on the web. Also, suggested I measure the height, width and depth of my current fireplace and take pictures of my chimney from the yard and then come in for a quote. When I mentioned I didn't know how well the stove would heat my home, he simply said; you have a fireplace, "it is what it is." Not the type of service I expected at all as a potential new customer. Caught me off guard actually, but I guess "it is what it is." Not my kind of customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you.

Salesmen didn’t seem to be interested interested in make a 3k sale and wasn’t properly educated on piping. I was also blown away that I would have to pay a 100 bucks to just get a quote and decide whether or they wanted to do the job. They wouldn’t even tell me how much the piping was… not a good way to sell product.
