Maybe Bill or Matt can explain why I recieved a call on my home phone while I was talking to the same person on my cell phone. They haven't picked up in 3 months. They threw my recycling in the waste bin when they get busy at the bike swap meet. I paid extra for recycling. Leave the barrels in the road. Didn't pick up some items for months when they finally did I gladly paid extra. I mind that the items sat for months. The harassing phone games are criminal. We saved the recording and have phone records and dates. We also have months of video. We live on a corner and record the truck on both roads.

We have had nothing but good experiences with MDS! They are quick to answer the phone and always helpful. We had an issue with a bear getting into our dumpster several times last summer and they sent people out twice to repair the lids and place straps so the bear couldn't get in anymore, we had no further problems after that. Very good customer service!

Arbitrarily changed pick up the week of the Christmas Holiday with no notification. Now we’re stuck with a full dumpster on Christmas Eve with no chance to even pay for an extra pickup. It’s unfortunate too that no one even cares about anything resembling customer service anymore. The woman that answers the phone seems annoyed to even have to answer the phone. Guess it’s time to shop around again. I’ll be happy to pay more for a service that shows up when they’re supposed to and has even the slightest bit of empathy when they screw up. Even the smallest bit of care can make all the difference and it doesn’t cost extra.
