With gas prices the way they are I decided to call (I'm 30 minutes away). So I called there trying to locate a stolen power tool that was taken out of my car at Swinnie Supply in Andrews on 7-25-22. In the middle of explaining my situation the guy hung the phone up on me. I called straight back (3 different times back to back) and no one would answer the phone. I'm a very polite person. This isn't my first unacceptable experience with one of this store's staff member. In my opinion, the staff needs to work on their 'communicating with others' skills. Working with the public can be a stressful career (I understand this). That's why they have training courses in sales. I was rudely treated and the employee was short towards me. I was made to feel as if they could careless whether they made a sale or not. I had a hard time talking with the employee because of constantly being distracted by other employees by casual/personal conversation. I just said, "thank you" and I left. I can speak of Money Man Pawn to friends and their reaction isn't positive. Not all but more than less. I really dislike posting negative reviews but I feel that people need to be aware of certain things. Plus, it helps to let management know how people feel about their establishment (good or bad).

The the staff will start arguments with you they're very unprofessional do not want to help you they've tried to charge me twice for the same item thay have messed up my paperwork on my gun and I ended up losing it Dawn will try to treat you good but there's so much negativity when you walk in there I will not be going back there again and I hope you do not either everyone else acts like they're chips on their shoulders

My experience was horrible, and the customer service sucks. I called and inquire about a ps4 controller, the lady instructed me to hold on so she could go check, when she came back to the phone, she told me she had 1 left, so not even 10 minutes I went inside the store, to purchase the ps4 controller. I looked at it, and checked it out ready to purchase it when another lady states that’s it has been sold. I didn’t even get an apology or nothing instead she acted like she didn’t care. The reason I rated 1 star is because I couldn’t give it a 0 rating. Very unprofessional people

It depends on what you want. Some are a couple hundred but sometimes they have a nice one that's going to be a lot more.
There are hundreds of them for sale in the store.
If u wanted just to make a payment and not buy it threw and it has your name on it then yes u should but if u by it threw and your name is not on that card then they want
They do not fix game systems.
