Bags rip if you pick them up wrong, super ashy compared to other brands and alot of dust in bag, burns really fast almost twice as fast as others I've had in the past.

Great place to pick up. The route to get here is a pain though. It's all back roads and small town streets. They gave me a door and loaded me within 30 min. I was there 40 min before they closed so that might have been why I got loaded so fast.

Pellets burn very cleanly, last winter we ran our stove 24x7 and a minor weekly emptying of the ash bin was all it took, with a more thorough cleaning once per month. Ordering 4 tons tomorrow to get ready for another NH Winter.

A ton fluctuates between 180 and 200 depending on the demand .. as for the public they dont allow just anyone to get tons from them usually got to a dealer like home depot Achilles ham shaw lumber .. You have to know someone who works there , employees get 6 tons to give out per year.. if you fall under the criteria by knowing someone who works there you can pick them up personally.
