Great place to go for a great little hike. A bit over 3.5 miles, the trails take you winding along the Vermilion River. The trails are well marked, with yellow, blue, and red markers. All flat with grass, pea gravel and wooden trails. Nice …

Yes it is. There were several people walking their pets. Unfortunately I didn't have my dog with me he would have loved it.

not real sure best to call the parks department to find out exactly what's going on maybe somebody had a sick day but if you park down the road at one of the other lots across the street you should be able to gain entrance in walk to where you want to be
As far as I can remember all the pavilions have electricity.
You can rent canoes on river street in Vermillion next to the public boat ramp and paddle to the reservation though.
It's hiking trails, not very good for bikes
