Our site was beautiful, it was our happy place and the friends we made will last a lifetime. Unfortunately what started out great went downhill a little more each season as more and more campers were crammed in, infrastructure wasn’t upgraded and power and water outages became “normal”. I remember hoping and praying the grass was cut as I drove in on the weekends we expected family. I remember drama and politics, events and FB groups run by campers and not the owner. We go to camp for peace and joy. Thankfully (right!!??) we lost our camper in a flood before the start of the 2019 season… Was devastated at the time. Of course she kept our entire $700 deposit.. Shame on us for following rules - others walked away without that loss. We have since moved on to another place. What a difference. Run like a professional business, maintained, accommodating, upgraded as needed, and campers are respected customers. I miss my site and the beautiful view we had, that’s it. What Gods hands created - a beautiful river. Recommend going and staying for a weekend and talking to folks before deciding whether to invest in making it your happy place. Amazing that for so much less $ we get so much more and can stay the entire summer if we desire not just two weeks.

Riverview is conveniently located up river on the vermilion. It’s family friendly, and the launch ramp onsite provides good access to the lake. Improvements to the grounds and facilities are being made regularly. It’s our first season at Riverview, and we are enjoying our time here this summer! The staff and management take pride in there work, and are attentive to their guests.

Management takes good care of their campers. Family friendly and peaceful environment. Easy access to boat ramp if you enjoy time on the water. I would highly recommend this place!

Last season was our very first time as we are new campers. We felt very welcomed by Linda and her staff and all of our fellow campers. We like the fact that the owner is very hands-on and cares about the park. We love all the organized activities and our grandchildren absolutely love coming there. The DJ is amazing, the Halloween party was so much fun, bingo is fun for everyone! We had a great chili cook off and let’s not forget about Christmas in July! This is the most peaceful campground ever and we look forward to another great season!
