Shout out to Merlin Eicher, our new building manager, who promptly fixed issues in our restroom. Looking forward to working with him in the future!

Marlin Eicher is fairly new as a property manager at this facility. Thing are improving quickly. I see him doing a walk-through everyday, and taking notes. Later in the day you see him fixing things. Very polite. Very cordial.

My daughter is going to be renting an apt at Overlook Elsmere. The whole rental application process was so fast and easy. Shauna was wonderful. Tori was also very nice and helpful. They make a good team!!

Are you asking about an apartment or an office?
Good morning Mr Herald. Kentucky has no limit on how much a landlord can increase the rent. Kentucky does not legislate rent increases. That being the answer, The Farm at Taylor Mill is adjusting rents to stay competitive in the market. Thank you
Who are you trying to email? This is a question and answer for all of CMC properties. If you are trying to email someone specifically at CMC properties and need their email we would be happy to help, just tell us who you are trying to reach. Thanks & have a great day!
You should ask Kayla the property manager at Avalon. This is for all of CMC properties and unfortunately I don't have the pleasure of knowing every resident or tenant. Have a great day!
Which apartment community are you asking about? Or are you asking if we have studio apartments at any of our locations?
I have been a Property Manager at CMC since May 2015 and I think it is a great place to work. Things get stressful at times, like everywhere else but the difference is we help each other out and work as a team. For example, this winter my maintenance tech was really busy and had a list of things to do. Snow was coming and the salt buckets needed filled. My leasing agent and I bundled up, loaded up 50 lb bags of salt & refilled the salt buckets. We may not be able to fix a leaking sink or boiler but we can still help.
