I visited this location 3 years ago during a tough time when I had no health insurance. The staff were some of the most compassionate people I've come across. They were quick, efficient, kind, and went out of their way to help me. Thank you, I won't forget it.

Started HRT here, and how they taught me to inject was good but they raised my testosterone prescription too high, and I didn't find out until going to the Planned Parenthood Family First Health Center on 1st and Bullard. At Family First they let me know that if my levels are too high it can reverse the effect, I think it would help if the Fulton center told people the same at the beginning.

Had an appointment but they never called or notified me that they were going to be closed! So unprofessional, at least have the texting service let us know it's going to be closed. The appointment should've never been scheduled in the first place if it was going to be closed!
