Hector M. Andrade Branch Manager have a bad attitude problem. They lied about not having a car. I had a reservation email. He canceled the reservation. Without verifying with me. Customer Service = ZERO

I honestly don’t see how hector is still the manager here especially with all the complaints against him. He’s very rude and don’t care about customer service AT ALL. I been come here for years before with no problems. Now all the sudden I’m having nothing but problems either the car I book is not available and they want me to pay more money for what’s available or they will have you waiting for 2 hrs for your car to get clean. And when they bring it to you the car is still very dirty with no gas in it. If you want your trip or whatever you’re renting the car for yo be ruin and have a headache for the day come here

Udate: 08/09/2022 Still the best Enterprise. The staff is amazing. And helped a bad day become a lot better. Thank you guys. Staff very knowledgeable and just dope! They gave me a free upgrade due to a nail in the tire of original vehicle I reserved. Service above average. Will come to this location anytime I rent.
