Absolutely terrible, they do not care about the people. We have made seven reports on our apartments and code enforcement has done nothing. Every person they send out says I do not see the mold and then says that there is no mold in the apartment. California if mold is not visible it does not mean it's there. Our apartment smells it's hard to breathe and it is should be labeled uninhabitable. You guys should set a higher standard for human living.

They respond quickly I was living on kingscanyon the landlord is a Joke! He had people working on the apts fix painting . one of the meth guy drill a hole from a apt to mine I had a horrific apt w water leaking orther stuff +the landlord was a joke ! Fresno county came to the apartment because I had a jack up cell . Fresno code inspection do care.

Wow that's how I got my ring birth certificate SSN etc out of the village at shaw apartments in Fresno, what is weird I call the police around 10pm, the next day the lady in the office ask me what happened the police came to ur apartment asking if I made a report I did because it happens last year but now SSN b/c now that's scary . I just wondering if the police told them I dought it cuz it was late .
5 people. The person replying 32 is misinformed about housing and is more than likely thinking about the occupancy of a small cafe or restaurant. A 2 bedroom apartment is obviously not legally allowed to house that many people and you can be evicted for going over a certain occupancy which is a safety hazard.

Nothing if they are private owners they have that right if they are renters if it says on their rental agreement that thats their assigned parking then they have the right to say who can and cannot park there.

No. You need to have running water from sources inside the dwelling.
As a rule I always deep clean before moving in and before departing just in case the cleaning crew is a joke.
If they can't be reasoned with turn them in anonymously. I realize how annoying it is when they take up the street space with multiple trash cans.
