Why don’t they enforce the code for trash cans left in the street? there is a house at 755 e spruce that leaves there cans out 7 days a week and never move them. I don’t want them to know who turned them in but it does not look good for the city.

If they can't be reasoned with turn them in anonymously. I realize how annoying it is when they take up the street space with multiple trash cans.
