Bottom line, the service here is bad. Like really bad. I love KFC but they literally ALWAYS get my order wrong in the drive through. They can’t understand anything I’m saying and vice versa. I resent coming here.

This location was extremely busy and all 5 employees were working very hard to get everything done. They were very pleasant and I was so happy with the service. In addition the food was really good. It was such a great experience to see people act like they really cared about keeping their customers happy.

Horrible customer service, I wish I could give negative star. I ordered Nashville chicken for baby shower a week ago and spoke with manager Loreal. Loreal is an amazing lady she confirmed my order and told me the exact amount for my order and I could pick it up a week later on the baby shower day. When I went to get my order on the day then unfortunately Loreal was off that day, so I need to deal with rude staff her name is JAMIE. She was so rude and racist she charged me more than the amount I was told. I went to pick up the order at the last minute so I had to pay more money since my guest were waiting for the food. JAMIE she is one the rudest person I have ever experienced she need to learn how to deal with customer. I usually don't post review but the way JAMIE treated me wasn't good. Just wanna make aware of this lady JAMIE how she treats customer and I had to pay almost $50 more.

The drive thru is not being used here anymore but no signage stating that! Messed up order, didn't add dipping sauce for tenders and gave coleslaw instead of mashed potatoes as asked. Person ringing me out was very friendly and the lemon cake was DELICIOUS!
