I would like to pay a compliment to Jamie from BJ's East Syracuse. I came in the store after buying a T.V that was short 4 screws for the Feet. She was kind enough to get a model off the floor and get me 4 screws so I didn't have to return my T.V. Jamie is a true asset to BJ's. Her customer service skill s are top of the line.
