Lazy, slow, unhappy, unpleasant and unprofessional employees. Scanner not working. Printer not working. 20 minutes to drop off one small package. Very slow moving, eye rolling employees making a big project by just scanning one box. Embarrassing.

Came in today to fax something asked an employee if they send faxes and I’ve never faxed anything in my life but it was clear to Alvin the employee at fedex that I needed help I didn’t even ask he simply walked up and walked me through it. Need more people in workforce like this. Thanks again
