I love the shingletown story! I have a friend that lives in shingletown so I visit very often. For being a mountain store their prices aren't insanely hellacious which I appreciate. The women that work inside are so nice and kind.

Nice store behind a gas station that is basically a convenience store with some supermarket additions. There's a hot food station and plenty of food and supplies if you're looking for a quick stop. Bathroom is single use - but there's only one, so you may have to wait.

Customers are asked to wear masks, but the store does not refuse service if people do not. There are plexiglass guards at the registers and the deli area. Signs are posted in areas like the deli asking customers not to touch the glass of the hot case, etc.
