I brought in a chain to have a lobster clasp put on so I could wear my parents wedding bands on....(My mom had recently passed)The first day I wore it it fell off I never found it.I know people will say I didn't clasp it correctly,however my husband checked it for me to be on the safe side.Now my mothers rings are forever gone...after paying money to ensure the clasp would work...I feel betrayed by them...not only that but a pinkie ring I had a clasp put on never held...I will go elsewhere...I also feel Mary the manager is very snooty and should rethink her approach...very bad experience,very bad at fixing jewelry and on a whole would never go there again...absolute disappointment...Lisa Youmans

This place is wonderful! I came to them to fix my engagement ring. They did their job really well and extremely fast. I was so happy that my ring returned to me so quickly. Also I would like to mention that the staff is so nice and friendly and they really care about their customers. I highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience with the Comforts. Not only did they help make me an educated decision with choosing the right engagement ring, but they also gave me a price that nobody could beat. The entire staff there made me feel right at home and to this day they continue to invite us back in to clean the ring and make sure it’s still in good shape. I highly recommend this family run shop to everybody. Can’t wait to get our wedding bands from them too!
