I don't work there either I'm a patient so I couldn't tell you maybe you should go to customer or their corporate if you have a complaint or if it's a good comment you could always call directly and give it to the person there that's what I would suggest
Try CVS, Walgreens, sign up for any you can, you can always cancel once you get them. I waited one hour and my screen finally refreshed with appointments, unfortunately just need to be patient.
