Hi Oliver, Great question! It is only personal training / small group personal training. If you're looking for access to a gym for open use, there's AFF and PF down the parkway a little bit. I hope that helps! Joe
TJ, Our trainers personalize every session for each members goal and fitness level. While we do not offer Yoga some of our trainers do have special advanced certifications such as Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC) and Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRC-MS).
