Good place to stop and stretch your legs along interstate 505. The rest stop is in a the middle of a eucalyptus grove. Plenty of shady spots. The facilities are old but it's clean and felt safe. There was even a vendor selling fresh cut fruit.

It's not always the cleanest but what can you expect?! It's on Interstate 5. I'm just glad to see any rest stop open these days.

The place was no more than OK. The toilets were smelly and you could see through the booths though the door was closed. Money beggers outside.

there's another rest area about 15 miles after that one and one before it in Zamora
No I'm sorry to say. There are no vending machines at this particular rest area.
