Came in to buy printer ink and, I asked an associate for help and he told me we were in front of it and then turned his back on me and ignored me and the subsequent questions I asked. 😬 Luckily Target is around the corner with the ink that I need and associates who treat me with basic decency.

Dear best buy I would like to share my shopping experience on July 5th 2022 It totally sucked! I was sold a open phone that still had a lock code and Sim installed. I am upset for having to return to the store and drive one hour or of my way because of poorly trained staff.

I have a poor HP Laptop and need to download Google chrome. I went to the Best Buy at Pinole CA. Jamori and Bejamin helped me fixed the problem. They are really patient , kind and very helpful. They did excellent job. I am sure I am going back there if I need them. Good service. Thank you, ' D

I don’t know where to start smh… so I had an appointment today and I had to wait about 10 minutes in line until someone was able to assist me. After speaking to an employee I was told that not only did I waste my time and money for gas going to this appointment, but I was told that the person who I had an appointment with called out of their shift. This issue could’ve been avoided if I were contacted ahead of time. WASTE OF TIME. I will not be returning to this BestBuy. Staff is RUDE, I received POOR customer service; not even the bare minimum! Too bad there isn’t a rating for 0 stars:/ think twice before shopping and/or making an appointment here!
