On Tuesday August 27, 2019, I walked into the store Brooklyn Gallery of Coins & Stamps Inc located in 8725 4th Ave, Brooklyn NY 11209 and I had THE WORST experience with a coin dealer. My name is Oliver and I am a coin collector. I’ve tried to go there a few times but it was always closed. So, today I walked in and I regret it. With $250.00 dollars in my pocket, willing to buy some coins I started asking questions. Right away I noticed that the old man had an attitude with me. I wanted to see and buy some coins and he took them out of the shelf and put them back. I didn’t even see the coins. He didn’t even give me a chance to see them! Then I asked for the price of a standing liberty and he told me.... A HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! (like you can’t afford it) I was in shock! He treated me horribly and very unprofessional. He treated me badly for no reason. I asked him, Am I bothering you? He didn’t even answer me. Today is the first and last time that I went into that store. RACIST!!! I walked out very angry and upset. I cannot believe that this type of racism exists in 2019 in such a cosmopolitan city like NYC!

As I said to you when I was giving the refund it was an oversight on our end and we did send a second refund once the error was brought to our attention.We are only human and we can make mistakes.

If the price we offer is acceptable to you then you can sell them, if you don't agree with the price we offer you don't have to sell the coins. That is the best we can say via email.

unless the coin is a very nice uncirculated coin it isnt worth much. If it came out of you change (circulated) it is only worth $0.05 or a little less
