Called to schedule service in the fall with no call back. Even went to store twice with the promise of a call. Tried in April several times with same response. Do not waste your time with this store - I fell totally disrespected and obviously my work was not important to them. At least they could have told me No at the beginning. Not the kind of business I would support.

0 stars - CANNOT recommend their service team unless you want to pay a premium price for sub-par effort. I made my appointment a month or so ago (after a hard rain in Webster) my gas fireplace would not power on - the unit had water in it and when I put (new Duracell) batteries in the remote receiver it would make a buzzing sound and not light. Today, the technician showed up and told my wife to just replace the batteries, then charged us $150 - for batteries and gas, essentially. They DID NOT look and see WHY water might have come in then or in the future - just told us, "well, I don't see water now" and, "don't use garbage battery brands"... that's because the flood was A MONTH AGO. Of course, I put fresh batteries in there - my house runs on batteries and IoT devices. I'm trying to do preventative maintenance so this doesn't happen again. So now when it snows or rains heavily and there is water in the unit again I WILL BE CALLING SOMEONE ELSE and I recommend you as a customer do as well.

We are writing the review for a job a few years ago that didn't get written due to life events. Kathy had been wanting to get an insert for along time as the original one was very old and inoperable. We chose Fireplace Fashions and were glad we did. We had to have an old chimney removed down to the attic floor along with having roof repaired prior to install of new fireplace. The people that did the chimney tear down and roof repair did a lousy job.. The people from Fireplace Fashion not only installed our new fireplace they also corrected the spot on the roof where the piping came thru that the other company didn't. We feel that this was above and beyond what any other company would have done. Thank You and sorry for the delay in writing this

They installed the wrong size log set. The log set controls ended up overheating and catching fire. We had to use the emergency shut off for the fireplace as the fire was out of control. They will not return my phone calls regarding this issue. I will never use them again or refer them for service.
