I recently change from a wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. I met with Jenny to look at the various options I had and picked out a nice set of logs and a beautiful metal and glass surround. Installation was done by Charlie, who was very informative on the operation of the hand held remote. He was very patient, answering all my questions. The result? I no longer have to clean out and dispose of buckets of ash. Now I have a fire at the click of the remote, a choice of low flame or high flame fire and instant heat. Thank you Jenny and Charlie. I will recommend your business to anyone that is interested in replacing their current fireplace equipment or upgrading to gas. ~Bill

John and Charlie worked with us (which is not easy with how obsessive we are about such a purchase) to pick just the right gas fireplace insert to replace an old wood stove insert in our older home. A careful installation with some custom tweaks make the Mendota we selected look like an original element in the room. Their effort was much appreciated. The fire itself looks for all the world like a real wood fire. A wonderful addition to our home. Just the thing on a cool or cold day to fire up and enjoy with a book or a dram or both!
