Unbelievable customer service!!!!!! Today they fixed two of my houseplants that needed a diagnosis and treatment! Above and beyond. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Fast. Kind.

I bought 64 arborvitae from The Garden Factory and had them delivered a couple days ago. Their plants, shrubs and flowers are incredible. Dennis, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with advice regarding planting and fertilizing them. Best of all, their pricing is better than anywhere else in the area. An amazing place!

Love this local gem! They take such great care of their plants, both indoor and outdoor. Everyone I've talked to has been so knowledgeable about plants and pests and everything else - really appreciate this resource!
Chris Treese
We love this place. They have so many different things being offered here whether you are in need of plants or seasonal decorations. My family visits every year also for all of the events they hold. The prices are very competitive with other lawn and garden shops.

Depends on what kind you want, they're listed on their website.
I'm pretty sure i saw some seeds packets for dahlias and they should have already potted ones for you to transplant
Recycle? They fill with flowers and sell them. Give them a call. They are very nice folks. I'm sure they can answer your questions.
This probably isn't a great place to ask that, seeing as this isn't maintained by the Garden Factory. You might want to call them or email them. Contact information is on their website.
I don't work there. I have no idea
I have never seen this there. I would call first. Save you a trip. Unless you want to see all that they have out now. Good luck!
You can call them You will get a better answer 😌

More than any other nursery that is for sure.
We are sold out of both currently but there may be some Sweet Woodruff coming Thursday or Friday this week if you want to give us a call on Friday
We do have just a few- they are the Leonard Messel variety.
Call and ask.
Yes.
You can order online and they will do curbside. However, you can't input your garden factory card online and it can be difficult to have the points added to your account.
Unfortunately we are sold out of Cherry trees for the season.
We don't have creeping Thyme yet but we do have Columbines
If you can dig a good hole in frozen ground, you can plant arborvitae. They won't grow much until late May, but it is OK to plant. I planted 2 spruces in January. A fertilizer tablet in the hole is a good measure, but surface fertilizer will wash away off frozen ground. Wait until May. Talk to your salesperson about type and amount of fertilizer.
Good morning, Here is the link to our gift cards: https://www.gardenfactoryny.com/gift-cards We have 2 options- and E-card which would get emailed or a regular gift card that we would mail out. Have a great day!

Do you mean the yoyo plant hangers that expand and contract with the growth of the plant? They probably do, but I agree with the other person and would call and check first or order online.
Hi Dan- we are getting to the end of the planting season, but there is still a little bit of time if you wanted to get a tree in.
