Very bad customer service. Wanted to purchase sandles that were under the 60% off sign. After loving them was told they are only 25% off. I explained they were under the 60% off. The worker tried ri tell me they were labeled, they were not. I asked to speak to a manager. I told the first one…probably the assistant? She walked away w/o even saying anything . Another girl walks up. I tell her the issue. She says “we are a boutique we just put merchandise where ever.” First off, you are a factory outlet. Then she says there is nothing she can do that it was false advertised. Even Walmart honors a price when It is THIER mistake. Horrible customer service. Won’t be buying from this store again or probably MK at all. We are frequent customers as well.

My first time purchasing an expensive MK wallet. I drove about an hour to get to this store for my first purchase!. I spent extra time trying to make sure that I wouldn’t purchase a faulty wallet. & Believe it or not, despite my best efforts as soon as I make it home, the zipper breaks after ONE use. (This is as I’m trying to exchange everything into my new MK wallet). Now it needs to be replace, and after having to take two hours extra all to do an EXCHANGE, (driving there and back) all while the prices of gas are extremely high. I’m told that they can’t do anything about this inconvenience. Not discount this item, a discount on a different item, 5$ gift card. NOTHING! I’m unhappy with my first purchase. & I won’t shop here again. Customer Service is not a priority. Assistant Manager sent me on my way, and was extremely unhelpful. Don’t expect anything if the stores items are faulty.

I am going to give 3 stars only due to Tylor otherwise the girls over there are very arrogant especially MIA. Her attitude towards customers was very bad. I asked her about one wallets price but she spoke in a very bad n rude manner. I am Asian n I think she was racist towards me. She showed too much attitude as she was the owner of Michael kors. Really bad. It’s such a big brand and I never imagined I’ll go through this. You should take action for such insult. Associates like MIA should not work in such a big brands. Very bad experience.
