I bought a full living room set and an extra sofa. Also 6 dining room chairs. I love the furniture. Sadly the truck arrived at a time that had clearly been canceled. I even double checked to make sure the cancellation is understood. The new day was scheduled and I was given a 2 hour window. They were supposed to be at my house between 5pm and 7pm. The furniture was a surprise for my family with a special chair for my husband. I couldn't believe it when my husband called me at 3:15 and said that we had a furniture delivery and they were 3/4th the way finished. I rushed home and got there 15minutes after my husband called. Every thing was inside and while it was beautiful, my surprise of 2 months was spoiled. So disappointed! NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE COMPANY SO RETURN EMAIL WAS MEANINGLESS

Their commercial on youtube with the loud obnoxious music makes me hate them, I will never shop there and I know others who feel the same.

The Veteran's Day sale is going on now! We just started to carry both Serta and Simmons mattresses :)
We require a mask while in the store for customers and employees. We have sneeze guards in our reception and check out areas. Surfaces are frequently cleaned and disinfected. Our showroom is the largest in New York state, allowing for social distancing while shopping

As far as I know you have to go inside the store on S. Salina St. and sign up using their entry forms. Dunk N Bright has a lot of great deals this time of year.
There's different finance programs
If purchased with them, they can look it up. Most often they can order additional cushions unless the company has discontinued the model of material.
