Awful service, First off, The buses typically late. Not late by a few minutes... like, you are lucky if they leave an hour past the departure time. Second, they will sometimes charge you a 35$ luggage stowing fee... they did not make this charge clear. I wasn’t alone in feeling that this out of nowhere charge was warranted. Third, the staff and drivers are typically very rude. I no longer feel comfortable making long commutes with this service, and I hope that their customer service gets better.

Stays open all night. Convenient place to store luggage. Very close to Destiny Mall in case you need something.

Giving 4 stars because of the extremely attentive and considerate driver, despite the crowded bus (Sept 2, 2017, Syracuse to Buffalo). Those of us who rely on megabus really appreciate moments like this. Just wish there were more drivers like him. The biggest issue seems to be the passengers who regularly put their feet on furniture which is stomach-turning.

No you cannot. All Megabus tickets are purchased via Megabus website. They only use the facility to drop off and pick up passengers.
Yes there is. Both long term (pay station is inside the terminal, by the Centro desk, daily rate is $8), short term (first hour is free) and there's a drop off area near the entrance.
Megabus departs Syracuse for Buffalo at 1:15am & 5:45pm daily. Sometimes a 5:30am trip as well. Greyhound & Amtrak also go to Buffalo.
