Unfortunately, it seems like time and time again the service here does not meet the mark. Earlier in the year my car was damaged during service and after waiting nearly a month to be called I decided to send an email and suddenly the next day the part was in and my car was ready to be repaired. Definitely seems like I was forgotten about. And now today I received a lovely call telling me my appointment (for a different service) is cancelled and that I need to contact the collision center, NOT the service & repairs department. From a customer’s perspective , what is the difference between these two?? A repair is a repair! Why do the two departments not communicate with each other at all? I’ve been waiting over two and a half weeks for this appointment and it took them until 5 hours before the appointment to tell me this. I honestly am just ready for my lease to be over so I can buy my car and move on from this place. There is so little communication with the customer once you step foot outside the building.

Had given them 5 stars for their excellent customer service when I bought a 2022 Camry Hybrid from them, but I am changing it to 1 star because of their WORST after SERVICE/maintenance. I once complained about squeaky breaks and I was told that it is “mechanical” and is normal. Recently, I have been noticing significant drop on gas milakar, so I went to get it checked and without even checking they said its normal and they would charge me $150 if they run a diagnosis and they find nothing wrong. The service representative said it’s probably because of my driving habits. (which did not change for sure) Never buying a car from them and I am going to cancel the booking I made for another car.
