I've been there twice. Both times I found exactly what I needed, and at a great price. There was a hitch - described below - BUT the owner contacted me within a couple hours of my previous 2 star review and is correcting the problem - so now it's the five stars based on my top paragraph and clear concern for the customer's experience - all of it. Here's my original complaint as well as the owner's reply. I've since contacted the owner with the requested information. Both times I had to argue and argue and argue to get in because the dude at the front door was sure - absolutely sure - argumentatively sure - that they didn't have the parts. Can't they just say "OK. Take your chances for our entrance fee"??? More detail: First time I was looking for a spare rim for my 18 year old pickup truck. Found a GREAT rim with a great tire at a great price. After hearing time and time again that they didn't have a perfect match - when I only needed it to fit and have the correct diameter - spare tire!!!!! Second time I needed a pair of electrical connectors off the oxygen sensor converter so that my replacement wouldn't require me to cut the wires on my car. He argued that all catalytic converters had been removed. True enough. BUT in almost all cases, the wire was cut at the sensor on the catalytic converter, leaving the connectors easier to pull. SO WHY NOT JUST LET ME IN FOR A FEE??????

Just remember you can't bring in jacks to lift any cars. You just have to go look to see what parts are still usable. Quick and friendly service. You may or may not find what your looking for as they don't really conduct inventory on vehicle parts, you just have to go look for yourself if you really need some used parts at decent prices..
oh no way, for sure
Literally watched them crush the only truck that would have worked for my truck, make matters worse I told them that and they did nothing. I paid 2 dollars for nothing.

They have a web site and you can look to see if they may have that truck in the yard
Absolutely you can and if you don't have the receipt they put a different color marking every week so if it's within a week you can return it for store credit
No. They sell used parts only
http://upullusavecny.com/used-parts Click on the link above, then there's a downloadable price list.
Not sure please check the online inventory
They have a wide variety of Saturn's over there that you can pick from you might find the one that you need
Yes they will tow and pay you on the spot its a lower price when they do somtimes they dont pay that much check with scrapers sometimes they will come pick it up tow it away for more money and scrapers dont need a title.
Yea they do
Inside, wear the mask. Outside seems to be optional.
Call them
They've got a price list here: http://upullusave.s3softwaresolutions.com/Home/PartPrices
No they dont take them. Leycreek transfer station takes tires for around $5 each
The have loose tires they sell is various sizes, you coukd call and ask
No idea, would have to call and see if they have any of that vehicle, then you would have to go look
You have to go in person and do a search.
Not practically. Not good practice to use brake pads from one rotor to another.
It's by the weight on the title.
That is for eBay. Not what a junkyard does.
Both
Yes thay will
Parts for older vehicles is hit or miss with them
No, cars and trucks and vans, sometimes a boat or two,,
Dont no ask them
They dont keep track of tires. But your van is the same since 2012. There are are a few of them there. As for a spare, they're like 5 bucks each..
Yes you can call and ask the question you are asking are answered by the public and not by the business itself. Anything you really need to know about parts should be answered by the person working the desk. So please call them and they can give you the information you need to know.
