I agree with Sean getting an engine from a scrap yard and is going to be a crapshoot you won't be able to pull the engine yourself they'll pull it for you and charge you for the labor find out how much it would cost and then compare prices at a used auto parts place or just buy one used or rebuilt out right
Engines are a gamble there if the vehicle is smashed then you have a good chance. If not why is it in a junk yard. Sometimes better go to a good salvage yard get one thats cost a little more. Save time.
It is better to go check because if you call they are not going to be able to tell you whether or not the Jeeps still have the engines in them. I've been through it before and they'll say you have to come out and look in the yard. But they do have some out there but whether the engines are in them or whether they're good or not I do not know

I was just there in the dodge section and there was 4 jeep liberty's there!
Sometimes is better to call first but you can a good engine that fix ur jeep or u can go the one on Utica New York
