Literally every window and door in our lake house is by Pella and I couldn't be happier with the quality. I needed to find the parts to replace a sliding deck door handle that had been abused by the previous owner and received excellent support from Mark Brewer. Mark has exceptional product knowledge; even of older designs and had exactly what I needed to make the repair. With great customer service like I got from Mark, I know Pella is a brand I can trust for the long-term.

Very pleased with my window replacement project. Griffin Copeland was extremely professional and was diligent in working with me to determine the needs of my project. He was mindful of the cost and offered proposals on how the full project could be phased in over time. The installation crew was meticulous in estimating costs by coming out before the final order was placed. Installation happened on the day as scheduled and the crew of Bill, Sam and Zach did a fantastic job not only with their ability of installation but also with cleanup. Looking forward to scheduling our phase 2 of total house window replacement for 2023.

We needed a new door handle for one of our older Pella doors. Mark Brewer at the Overland Park location went above and beyond to find us one(it was a 30 year old door).
