They are charging double the amount for an item that home depot sells and they do not price match. Also, they take calls via a call center and do not let you talk to the people actually working in the store.

It's always better to remove the cables and boxes, outlets and switches plates, and cover the fixtures with blue painters tape, the final result will be more aesthetic
Grainger, to my knowledge, does not offer that service. Your best bet is a tool and die maker like Ong Tools. But I do bet Grainger can get you new blades pretty quickly.
