Very friendly and helpful associates. Edit: 3nd visit last night was very frustrating. Young male clerk was either deliberately obtuse, being pedantic, or just an idiot when I told him I needed a new mod (holding it in front of me) and he kept saying he could not replace just the "battery". It took several back and forths and me asking if a "battery" was the same as a mod before he would help. When they didn't have the DragX in stock, I ponted to a SMOK brand mod and asked him about it, apparently pronouncing it incorrectly as "smoke". "Do you mean "smok?" He says?.....yes my guy, the one I'm pointing to. Also he could not find a popular flavor of juice - I took one look at the shelf and found it. So thia store is hit and miss. Ive had a good experience prior but if I pull up and that young dude is at the counter I'm headed elsewhere.
