Overall really poor customer service. I deal with various larger retailers for car stuff (Summit Racing etc.) and LMC by far has the worst customer service of all of them. Super slow and unconvenient website with dysfunctional webshop, which is really annoying. The online shop usually does not reflect the actual inventory. Then you have to call them to discuss an order if there is a backorder part involved. Long waittime when calling. Poor response time to emails. I got the impression, that all their customer service (phone and email) is outsorced to somewhere in the far East like India. Unfortunately they have one of the largest inventories for trucks and vans at reasonable prices, so I have to deal with them.

I ordered a replacement radiator for my 67 F100, what I recieved was a plastic radiator. I assumed as this is a restoration parts company that I would be receiving a quality product, a radiator similar to the original, nope. When I called customer service the person said that if you click on the description that it says the materials its made of. I looked in the catalog I had at home and I looked again online, nothing about it being plastic, it mentions aluminum but not plastic. They said the would refund the purchase price but not shipping either way so it is going to cost close to $100 to return it. Garbage product and service.
