This company bought Lecompton MHP this year. I haven't lived here since July 4th of 2020 some how they misplaced the paper work for me getting off the lease and refuse to let me get off of it again after they put me back on.

This place does not even deserve a 1 star. I would not recommend anyone moving to this park. My dad has lived in this park for over 30 years, and I have never seen it as bad as it is now. Lot rent keeps getting raised. I feel bad for the people that cannot afford what your company charges them. You should be ashamed. Your amenities that you so called have are nothing but a joke.

I don't believe that 5 wheel trailers are allowed. I would contact management for a definite answer. There are a few mobile homes in the park selling for $1,500.00. Need a lot of rehabilitation though. Hope this helps.
