Your best bet is to contact the Cherrywood office. They can give you quick, accurate answers. Typically, you purchase a home, paying monthly rent, and a lease agreement is signed. You finances will be revealed in the process.
Residents do pay T&C and School taxes on the home, but not the lot it sits on.
