Do you pay a monthly fee to live there and if so what is the cost and what does it cover? Can you choose to do your own shoveling, mowing, etc. so you don't have a monthly fee?

Currently $392.00 per month. Covers water, garbage,sewer, road snowplowing. Extra fee if you want driveway plowing and lawn mowing. Do not know that fee as I shovel my own driveway and mow my own lawn.
