I'm loving living here..I think the staff are easy to work with and very pleasant and I'm loving the balcony apartment...very cozy and great size living room...I love that they allow pets...

I was going to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment but I was being denied because I didn't make 850 × 3 gross pay to qualify to rent. Even though my background, credit, work, and references came thru I did qualify for the room to rent due to my gross worker wages. The 300$ was there to hold the apartment until I was informed that I was accepted and when I approved I would only have 48 to cancel. They had my name email and phone number, I was never contacted by them. I found a new place to live so I went back to get my deposit. They refused to return it to me. Not even remembering my name or info, but stated that they contacted me but by showing my phone's email and call history I proved that never did, right to there faces and they still refused saying "you sighed this " but I underlined there paper work saying " it was you who was to Inform me asap when I was qualify " and " you said I didn't because I didn't make the gross wages needed to live here" so I am entitled to my money back. So they lied and tried to change the rules to keep my money, mind you the apartment was not going to be ready till MAY 5TH! But they where allowing people to move in anyway?!? I needed a home asap because my house I rented was being sold and I had less then 30 days and they wanted me to wait till may 5th !? When I said "should I call my medicaid representative" they where rude told me toget out and threw me out with my check. I went to my bank deposited back and blocked any access to my account by them. Do not live here or try to they will steal from you.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. When I needed any kind of repair, they would take their time in coming. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling at the time and the maintenance worker said that due to a "do not disturb sign" on the upstairs neighbors door, they could not fix the problem. This lasted for several months until I finally moved out, only THEN they decide to fix it. Also, there was an infestation of mice that they refused to do anything about. When I told him about he, he said that "mice are usually in apartments". So I had to take care of the problem myself. There was also mold in my bedroom. Don't let the pool fool you, the place is horribly overpriced and the management are very rude and nasty. What an awful place to live.

Apartment was okay to live in but management and customer interaction is lacking. Resolving issues was more difficult than it should have been. My issues similarly reflect Cody's
