Valentine's Nice place to work

This is an old outdated building with tiny 40+ year old apartments and laundry room that barely gets the laundry clean. Rental amounts imply a standard of living not reflected by the continuing smell of weed and cigarettes that permeates the apartments of even nonsmokers at all hours of the day or night and people who insist on standing outside the windows of residents and shouting at the top of their lungs to be let in instead of ringing the doorbells disturbing everyone indiscriminately and the housing authority appears unable or unwilling to do anything about it. I feel like I live in a giant, outdated ashtray and it's horrible. And now there are tiny black ants on the window sills!

Helped a friend move in seems nice. Lots of closet space well set up. Hallways clean, secure building. Not much parking, bus there multiple times a day. Centrally located.

The place needs a lot of repair.
