Some customers are not wearing masks and not social distancing I asked an employee and they said they cant do anything but the employee's are wareing masks and they put up plexiglass at the register they need to enforce the mask rule

If you used a credit/debit card, take that same card in with you. They can retrieve the sale using that. Or if you used your My Lowe's card when you purchased it, take that card in with you. Other wise, the best they'll do is give you a credit for the store on a gift card. P.s. This is all based on the condition of the item when you return it. Hope it works out for you.
