We’ve been bringing our dog to this Banfield location for several years now. We’ve established a relationship with Dr Coates and both he and I trust her. The staff here are all very kind and compassionate, and I can tell they all really care about the pets that come through their facility. We’ve always been treated with respect, and they always talk to me in terms I understand that help me give my dog the best care possible.

They take wonderful care of my dog who almost passed away from IMHA. The vets at the Ward Parkway location literally saved my dog's life. They also treat her for epilepsy and they always have great advice. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend veterinarian care here.

They were able to take my cat in last minute while I was moving cross country and my cat was reacting badly to the travel. They were super helpful, very friendly, and took great care of my cat. After prescribing her some medication, she is doing much better!

My dog has been whimpering all evening and wanting outside. He has lost bladder control 3 times tonight with blood in the urine. How soon can we get him in?

Hi Beverly - We always recommend calling the team to discuss your pet's needs. Making an appointment would allow time for our team to prepare for your visit and reduce your wait time. If you’re not sure your pet needs to come in and you’re an Optimum Wellness Plan client, you can also ask pet health questions 24/7 via Vet Chat in the Banfield app.

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 24, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 24, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 24, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
