Upon entering the Commissary it always feels like home, brings back 22 years of old family active duty memories.. Thank you for your service and support to our Troops…

I love the meat prices here. Won't get my meats anywhere else. The employees are super helpful and kind whenever i need assistance. The self checkout needs work but i prefer bagging my own things. When im on a time crunch however, I'll use a regular register and majority of the cashier's are nice. This past Wednesday though, I didn't have cash on me for once to tip the bagger .. which im not sure is obligatory or just courtesy but that's besides the point. I'll usually leave them a few dollars for even bagging. This time i just sincerely told her thankyou, and as im walking out the door, one of the baggers sitting against the wall said out loud to the woman who bagged my things, but somehow wanted me to hear "I GUESS YOU BAG FOR FREE". First off, this was incredibly disrespectful and gross behavior. Had i been less patient that day, i would've responded to her nasty remark so she could hear me. But I chose not to make a scene, although it might've very well been warranted. I understand the need for working off tips, although i don't know that the commissary is paying them as far as wage, whether something or zero... But I DON'T appreciate feeling obligated to tip someone strictly bagging my things because their not earning a wage and being vocally rude and entitled about it. Sounds insincere, but it's not my fault the commissary doesn't pay them a wage. And after that disrespectful remark, I'll bag my own things from now on whether self checkout or not.

Days and hours are great! Significantly better than the post I was at prior to here. The stock is always pretty good too!

I can’t complain at all about this store. Far superior to off post grocery stores. It is abundant, stocked, good quality, costs less, and the staff has been incredibly friendly and sufficient. Even during times of “panic shopping” the lines would go by really quickly and I never felt like I couldn’t find what I needed.

The Commissary is for Active Duty Military, Retired Military and their Dependants. Also, Veterans who have 100% disability can shop at the Commissary once they take their VA rating and letter to ID/DEERS for approval. Check with the ID/DEERS office.
I work at the commissary on Fort Campbell. We usually have frozen turkeys all year around, but some years we do hey in specialty product that may be what you're looking for. Try going to the customer service center during business hours. You can make special orders of we don't carry the type you might be needing.
Notification that Mask required before you enter facility posted on sliding glass doors! Its your vault you disregarded notice before entering! I guess you think your special!
Monday through Saturday until 8 p.m. Sunday until 7 p.m.
Not sure of that. I haven't heard anything. I will try to find and get back to you.
I don't think they do. Last time I was there, definitely didn't see any.
They have the zip sealed bags if you are looking for those price range is about 11-15$
Yes, as long as someone has a military ID & mask are required
You need to contact DeCa Business Inquiries If you desire to sell grocery or other products to DeCA please visit our business section where you'll find much information, including the appropriate business email addresses and phone numbers.
I agree to avoid payday and it's quite busy at lunch 11-1pm. For deals look for signs posted when you go in with upcoming events.
They have little flyers outside when you first go in, but they do have spots inside where you can if something in on sale.
Nope. They do it everyday. They always have the freshest ive seen while being the cheapest. I was able to get 15 pounds of meat, all different t cuts, for 30$. I dont think I have seen that anywhere else.
Yes, you can bring your own bags, or purchase the freezer and storage bags from the Commissary. The bags are durable and keeps your items cold until you make it home. Inexpensive.
I know they have German meats in deli I'm not sure how much international food they have on aisles but aldi has some German food especially since its owners are german
Sorry Ann, I would not know that
I'm sorry, I'm not sure about that. But, I haven't seen too many places that don't

Yes 16,if you have great customer service skills you will make good tips
Usajobs.gov openings will be posted there or you can gi into the store and speak to them if it's a bagging position you seek.
It's on base and you can get in if you or someone in the car has a military ID. Otherwise you have to bring your registration, licence and I think proof of insurance but I'm not 100% sure about that one. But with that stuff you can get a pass to get on base
No, the commissary does not sell any rice pots/rice cookers, but the AAFESs (BX/PX) do.
They usually have some over by the paper products.
Yes
15$-up depends if you get it from the deli or pre package
They are allowed for a certain amount of time,i think. The best way to find out is to contact the base directly
