Worst post office I’ve been to. Tried to get a passport here a couple times. Clerks don’t show up, and gives you the wrong guidance. Going off post was a night and day difference.

Never pay extra for expedited shipping if you plan on having a package sent here! They never have enough people working to get your package to you in a timely manner from when it was delivered. Most of the time, you are looking at a two day waiting period until you will have access to your package.

I have to give kudos to Mark who helped me with a package that needed to be forwarded. I spoke with him twice and both times he was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided possible solutions to rectify my issue; where other postal offices did not do much to understand my particular situation. I appreciate his customer service!
