Rude and unknowledgeable staff. I had a problem with money order. A male staff simply gave little to no help, ignored my concerns, no service mind whatsoever, and kept telling me there is nothing he could help and I need to go to another location. I was naive enough to believe and realized it later that he can actually help me with it but he didn’t care to look it up. I needed to walk to another location which is more than a mile away. A little empathy towards customer would make me feel better but I actually felt like I was irritating him so much by only asking for confirmation that my problem can be solved if I go to the new location.

This postal service need help. Wayyy understaffed. The lady at the front is extremely nice but the guy Austin is very rude. He either need a break or retire from customer service all together. His tone is horrible and he has this "you do or you don't I could careless" attitude!! Oh and don't try to call. No one ever answers. However, I did get him on the phone only once and he was very rude then. If you need a question answered and don't feel like the drama, go to the lady at the front with the burgundy hair. I think she is the manager.

They really have good service, the staff were so kind and friendly and they helped us in the whole procedures as we had more than one thing to do .
