I sent an iPad to my mother for Christmas and she never received it despite them labeling the package delivered. Find my iPhone showed the iPad in a completely different area from where my mother lives. I’m pretty sure one of the mail people stole my mother’s Christmas gift. Also their customer service is atrocious. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone and they do not apologize or acknowledge fault when it comes to loss (theft) of personal property.

The lady at the counter ms patterson has the worst attitude...I had a lost package one day she refused to catch the driver that was in back loading the truck that morning that served my neighborhood...package showed delivered it had been 2 days still lost...she starts to say this is a very experienced driver and she doesnt make mistakes and that if it showed delivered then it was... .package showed up next day in locker box that only driver could have put there...i asked for a supervisor politely she states no and if i dont leave she will call the police all because i asked for supervisor....fire that lady...if her attitude that bad quit or get a position that doesnt require interactions with customers I could give a zero I would The drive that handles the ccv community is forever mis delivering packages

Okay I'm honestly trying to figure out something if the post office is always hiring as of lately why aren't these post office hubs fully staffed like they're supposed to be. I feel like it's an inconvenience to only have one postal clerk doing all the work, I understand they're short-handed but something has got to give because you want to get the customers in and out as quickly as possible and not to create a long line outside of the door but that's my opinion. But other than that the one clerk that was up there was very friendly and very uplifting and I greatly appreciate it that.

That's something we both need to know that post office is horrible and really gives us Tax Payers a bad rep. The have no care for the customers and the money we are spending
You should wait at least a weak , there could have been many things that couldve happen , your mailbox couldve been block,it couldve been missent to another post office in error it ,it could have a insufficient address ,I would wait

No the office has to have a customer service department. if not your package has to have postage already on the package. some offices are not equipped with all the services.
This sort of thing I don't believe is managed by USPS. You would need to buy new mailboxes for your community from a distributor like Home Depot or global industrial, or potentially ULINE?

If your mail box # is visible for her to see, there is no reason for them to miss deliver your mail. If I'm on a new route and can't see the box # and get to the next box. I will back up and get that mail and deliver to the right box. There is no reason for your box to be left open unless your mail box is broken
It depends on the size. I have the smallest box and it's $53 for 6 months
They only have a 1800 number. Nothing directly to the local station that I'm aware of.

Don't bother, they NEVER reply. I literally called 4 hours straight and got nothing. On lunch I drove there with the phone still on hold. I walked in and there they sat, yapping and ignoring the phone. I've called several other days and still no answer.
