Is this commissary on or off base??? Does it have a barrier that you have to go thru security to get to it??

It's on base and you can get in if you or someone in the car has a military ID. Otherwise you have to bring your registration, licence and I think proof of insurance but I'm not 100% sure about that one. But with that stuff you can get a pass to get on base

It is on base so you will have to go through the security gates. Without a military ID you can't shop there, though.
