My son has special needs. He had an MRI today, August 23, 2022, and Terry was the technician. She did an outstanding job taking care of Mark. She made sure he was comfortable, his hearing was protected and helped to get him on and off the platform. She helped to get him in the car afterward. She deserves a raise!

They are very nice and professional and down to earth. I had a MRI done.

I was denied my refill (antidepressant) and no one informed me that I needed an appointment until I went on Saturday to pick my RX up at the pharmacy. I had already been without it for 1 day. Come Monday, I call and the woman on the phone was very short and got all of my info wrong, I’m having medicine withdrawals and I ask her about getting a refill until my appointment , and my symptoms I’m experiencing. She responds “I’ll talk with the nurse” and then cuts me off and hangs up. ZERO people skills. Probably going to look for a new MD.

Absolutely would never go here again. My father saw the Pulmonary group on 1/25/22. Sadly he passed away on 2/1/22. The doctor that saw him last at this group would not sign the death certificate, then went out of town for 2 weeks; the other doctors in the group who have access to his medical records also refused to sign - not sure if regulations are ridiculous regarding a persons death.. So he’s been at the funeral home for 2 1/2 weeks with no death certificate. We had to escalate this to the Medical Examiner. I’m beyond disgusted.

This location has an urgent care you can call ahead to make an appointment, sprained ankles are definitely something they could take care of.

I see most other questions weren't answered. Is this indicative of how we should expect to be treated? I am very frustrated, and don't feel heard! PLEASE see my previous post!
