depending on how much mulch you want and what type of mulch you want, Home Depot bags of mulch start at $2.50/bag. I'm sure this price can vary from store to store. you can also buy in bulk (5 cu ft...etc) and get a better price.

They have a push to connect one that pushes onto a 3/8ths copper line and has a 3/8ths compression thread on the other side. Not entirely sure what you're wanting though.
