If I could give a zero I would these people are so unfriendly I came in yesterday about 11 I asked how long the wait was they told me 4-7 hours no problem I'll come back at 7 tomorrow. I come in the next day and they told me I could be waiting all day because their mechanic wasn't there yet. Never use them again rude and unreliable

This Walmart automotive location in Blue Springs Missouri, is super unprofessional. The opening hours are 7am cst. The mechanics are never on time . The person who arrives in the morning to unlock the door for customers doesn’t know anything about how to change a tire or other services for that matter besides being a cashier or aggressively asking if you have an appointment (when you African American). To his credit, he was on-time while others are not . You can be the first one in the parking lot , but if you are not standing at the door a “Karen” is always there to take your spot. Oh and if you don’t set an appointment then you are ‘sol’ and are forced even further behind anyone even when you are at the location first. I do not have this issue with the Lee Summit location in Missouri they are extremely friendly and always helpful, it’s just my tire was down flat unexpectedly since last night . I struggled to drive the 5mins that it normally takes for help, and Lee summit is about 20mins away from my home . I would hope that Walmart could afford to hire a decent set of mechanics to fulfill the needs of this community. I thought moving to Blue Springs that I would have better luck with the finding professional services being the rest of the community seems put together and also the other locations seem ok. If I could get a negative 1 star I would.
